the unit on dvd
From tvshowsondvd.com

CBS's The Unit is coming to DVD this Fall, we're told. In mid-September you'll get a 4-disc set with all 13 episodes, about half of them with Commentary Tracks, plus a couple of Featurettes and Deleted Scenes as well. List price will be about $50-ish. Stay tuned for exact details and the specific street date just as soon as Fox Home Entertainment makes this official!

PLEASE LET GALE'S SECOND EP BE ONE OF THE DIVINE CHOSEN.

I need to hear how they auditioned him and how it was his idea to grow his hair and how whenever he was snacking at the Kraft table, crumbs got stuck in his beard and how he always smelled a little grassy and how he was always on his cell phone to someone named Randy between takes and how he didn't need any training on how to handle a gun because HE ALREADY HAD EXPERIENCE, YO.

I'M NOT ASKING FOR MUCH OKAY.

But... $50 for 13 eps. Dude. :|

At least it's not as much as the seasons 2-5 QAF DVDs. Which I will absolutely never buy unless the prices ever become reasonable. (Though I think they did re-release season two with a lower price sticker. Didn't they? Huh. It's not showing up on Amazon. Maybe I hallucinated the whole thing.)

Oh, that is weird! They totally had S2 lowered. I know it's something like $38 at Target.
