I talked to [livejournal.com profile] sirius723 and I guess the header was made for anyone to take but I still don't see her crediting anyone for it. I knew I'd seen the header from someone on my flist and when I saw the decreased quality on Stealy McStealerson's LJ I figured she'd taken that as well. Turns out she's just plain stupid.
