Right. Bad idea to watch Halloween alone and after midnight. And, of course, it's windy outside so every tree against the windows sounds like IT'S GONNA KILL ME. SO THANK YOU I WILL NOT BEING GOING TO BED YET. So, um, yeah, let's talk some teevee, shall we? With all the lights on. >.<

Hmph. I don't care if that landlord apologizes. I wouldn't want to live in that guy's building. It's not like the apology came because he's a changed man; he was just avoiding a lawsuit. So how do you ever feel secure that you'll be treated fairly after you sign the rental agreement? :\ I'd rather Luke had the Foundation buy an apartment building and be gay-friendly with their applicants. And Luke and Noah get the top-floor. Loft, of course. :P

Aww, poor Noah. He just wants some normal time to enjoy his boyfriend and their new life together.

On the tennis front: Miami started up this week, woot! I KNOW RIGHT. This one snuck up on me, too. For some reason I was thinking there would be more time between tournaments. Um, nope. Not that I'm complaining. Both boys are fit and playing and that means another chance for a Fedal final. *happy puppy wiggle*

Good news: FSN starts coverage Saturday!
Bad news: It's half the amount of on-air coverage Indian Wells had.

I know! So sweet. Thank goodness they had kisses earlier at the hospital, or I would have been grumpy for the lack of lip-locking on the couch. I don't think they've actually kissed on that couch yet, have they? hmmm. I kinda like the image of "couch arrest" if Noah can join Luke there. And assuming the parental units don't come barging in. :P

I thought both guys did really well in their scenes with Damian. It's so much easier to not hate bio-dad this time around with his shorter, hotter haircut. ;) Yes, I'm shallow.

I was waiting for a kiss hello when Noah got there, but no. :( Y'know, I don't think they have kissed on that couch yet! Ice cream, yes. But I don't think kisses! But I'm an awful one to ask. You know my memory. :P

I have yet to watch the older stuff, so I'm weirdly unbiased. Other than knowing Damian was a total douche last time 'round, of course. I'm still in awe how much he looks like Luke. O.o

I watched ATWT back in the day when Luke was born and DAMN but Damien has not aged A DAY. Also he is a good actor and looks like Luke's father. Also also, he makes Holden's haircut look even dumber.

The main issue I had with the landlord storyline was "OMG! Who would have thunk things can be fixed if you just stand up to the man (And are a millionaire whose mother owns a TV station)? That almost never happens!

You know, when I start thinking about this whole time-travelling thing, I get really confused and completely lost... I can't even explain it LOL. But I love it, I really do. I'd just like to know where they're going with this...

I wanted him to die too! Just wanted to explore how much would've changed if Ben never existed, even though I don't think they'll go that way. ;) Time travel is the hugest mindfuck, I loooove it. I mean really, can you imagine how much would change if Ben never existed? The Dharma people would never have been wiped-out, he wouldn't have "guided" the crash survivors, etc.

I love how it was possible to relate all of those scenes to Qaf. You = FTW. Icon says so.

Lost is a giant mind fuck. I wish little Benry Potter didn't survive but according to the millions of recaps I read methinks this is just part of his experience in the future and he'd always meant to get shot. Giant mindfuck much?

I hope someone covered the Lost writers thing that they had last night. I need my Lost spoilers.

I swear the writers are lightly pillaging QaF. There was even some dialogue that reminded me of our big gay show, but I forgot to write it down and now I forget. But, yes! Pillaging!

Benry Potter adlfakj. That's so perfect. Yeah, ya gotta figure he'd planned it, the way he was priming Sayid for it. Only now I crave AU fic where he does die and the future for the survivors/island is changed. *grabby hands*

Right? The two things you can count on from Noah are that 1) he's always going to be the Voice of Caution, and 2) He's always going to be the one saying, "Hey, maybe we should give [x] a second chance!" I love that Damien is the ultimate conflict of these two instincts of Noah's, and also unleashes a whole mess of his own daddy issues on top of that.

Despite everything, if I were Damien, I'd definitely work the Noah angle, because Noah just cannot resist a person asking for his help or pleading that he's changed. That is Noah's kryptonite. He's such a soft touch, our Noah. *cuddles* He'll definitely want to keep Luke safe, and he won't want to make the same mistakes as with the Col., but I also feel like if he believes Damien, he'll want Luke to have the closure that he never got with this own father. (This is all just speculation, as I defriended the evil comm that can't stop spoiling people after the first time sex.)

I'm with you. My money is on Damien going the Noah angle. No doubt he got a good vibe off Noah in the coffee shop - Noah didn't throw him out, shook his hand, etc. All something to work with. He knows from Luke that Noah is important to him and really, what better way to get to Luke than through Noah.

Guh. This storyline has such potential to be awesome. Plz do not fuck it up, writers.

Right! Noah was the only one in the bunch who didn't openly say, "Fuck you in the ear." Also, buddying up to the guy who is sleeping with his son would be the best possible demonstration of his acceptance of Luke's lifestyle. Not to mention, Noah is Luke's kryptonite, so you definitely want to have Noah on your side, nagging Luke about you, if you can make that happen.
