Okay, that's what's confusing me. lazyshades was saying Randy'd actually confirmed (after Bobby had accepted). And because he had, the con no longer had the money to afford both him AND Bobby. So Bobby backed out. So I guess it could it be that Randy's confirmed, but no money has actually exchanged hands, so it's still tentative? So confusing. Randy really needs his own website to post announcements like this. :P

I checked with my friend who runs Robert Gant's official website, and she emailed Robert, because last we heard, he WAS invited and planned to attend. Robert confirmed that he will NOT be going. He said the organizers had to cancel due to the fact that they couldn't raise enough funds for the appearance. That's all he said. He did not say anything about Randy. So, your guess is as good as mine at this point.
