112: Chuck Versus The Undercover Lovers

Real quick first: Wasn't Casey ordered to kill Chuck last ep? Aroo?

• SUGARBEAR!!!!!!!! Okay, now that that's outta my system.... *cough*

• Oh, man. This ep was just Chuck/Casey BFF heaven aldkfja. They have the best chemistry. Also, nice little twist on the title. You go in thinking Chuck/Sarah, especially when they get sent in undercover to the hotel (even if they do end up being the hired help, heh), but then it turns out to be Casey/Elsa. Niiiice.

• Chuck talking Casey down from punching a customer's lights out, "Just breathe, Casey, breathe. Or growl. Growling also works." *dies* Chuck is like the agent whisperer.

• I somehow don't think the biggest hotel with the fanciest guest list would go to the local Buy More to fix their server. And then have them do the work off-site. But was totally worth it for Chuck's, "What have I told you about stalking celebrities online?" line to Jeff.

• "Okay, I'm gonna have a headache tomorrow." Talk about TMI, hee. So, wait, getting info from the intersect is like a hangover? Effects don't happen until the next morning? You'd think that headache would be immediate. :P

• It's the little details I LOVE ABOUT THIS SHOW. Like, they could have just cut to credits after Casey choked Chuck. Still funny! But the scene goes on to show Chuck sliding down the wall to sit. Hee. Cut then? UM NO. Then they show him toppling over. HEEEEEE. That's why I love this show.

• Commercial break: Wow, Knight Rider, huh. I wonder if that's gonna suck as hard as I think it will.

• "You know, for the longest time, I always imagined Casey was built like a Ken doll, y'know, down there." Really, this only encourages my Chuck/Casey leanings, y'know. Chuck all uncomfortable on a late-night stake-out and babbling about Ellie's old Barbies and how he'd sneak in to check out her Ken doll and Casey all *WFT are you talking about?* and... I'll stop now. :P

• "I'm Ellie, Chuck's sister." Lester, "Ah, yes, I recognize Chuck's sensual mouth." ALKJFDALSKJ. I love Lester and Jeff more and more each ep. They have this creepy BFF thing going that you just know could turn even creepier at any second, heh.

• Cpt Awesome wanting a washer/dryer IS INDEED AWESOME KTHX. I figured it'd be role reversal soon as they walked in (cos how boring otherwise), but wasn't sure what he'd pick. Also, I want to date Ellie, if she'll get us a TV like that. Though I am confused how her getting the TV at the end wasn't her being selfish. I thought Awesome would get something completely different and they'd both be happy. I guess it was that Awesome usually gets what he wants? And now he was getting her something she wanted? Hmm. Okay, then. I like that. ;)

• Sarah broke protocol and looked into Casey's background just because Chuck asked alfkjas. And, well, because she was nosy, but STILL. That right there is darned telling. ♥

• "IT'S ALIVE!!!!" That killed me. ;D "You freakin' robot!"

• Casey = Giant Muscley Child. Need icon kthx.

• Chuck doing his Casey-voice into the mic alkdfja.

• Commercial break: The Chuck promos are the cutest things! I wonder who wrote them... But, anyway, CUTEST THINGS. The Chuck sandwich. And the girls leave. "Where is the bread going? I am now a lonely piece of meat. :(" And Morgan sniffing Ellie's shoulder and then all of them shuffling off to the food craft as one and just, yeees. Such love for this cast!

• Under the bed, Casey pointing the gun up at the mattress aldkja. Or, heck, him poking his head down to find Chuck under there in the first place. HIS FACE. Finally gonna get some nookie from his long-dead lovah and there's CHUCK. HEE.

• Seriously, the visual of Cpt. Awesome at the nerd poker game - and Lester calling him Mancake aldfja. Dude, that's so another icon. AND THEN IT TURNS INTO STRIP POKER AND HE'S ALL UM GOTTA GO AKFDJA. "We've got to get that guy's pants off."

• Aww, woobie. Casey watches Casablanca when he's a sad bunny! And listens to Neil Sedaka. That's... so wrong, it's right. Totally fits in with his late Crown Vic, heh.

• Hm, okay. One major problem I had with this ep? Morgan purposely breaking Ellie and Cpt. Awesome up. That just seemed so... OOC. Yeah, he lusts after her, but I liked when he was written as doing anything to make her happy, even if it meant him being unhappy, y'know? Purposely steering Cpt. Awesome to the wrong anniversary gift and then being there to comfort her... no no no. Now, had the break-up happened without his interference, fine. But, yeah, this didn't sit right with me. :|

• Uh. Why would Elsa give Casey her necklace in the first place? I'm assuming she didn't know it was bugged. Just something to remember her by? Or was it something she had on in the beginning with him years ago and I just missed it?

• "Your friend here will play the part of our pilot... or one of the those man-stewardesses..." *dies* I love how even the bad guys in this show have that dead-pan humor. And then Chuck's, "Casey. I don't want to die as a man-stewardess. :("

• Casey to the bad guys, "Where did you learn to tie people up? A Rocky & Bullwinkle cartoon?" AHAHAHAHA. Also, that tied-together fight scene was AWESOME. Much more fun that watching the girls kick ass (I fast-forward, *yawn*). Chuck, *foot kick to bad guy*, "How do you like me now, sucka?!"

• If I fell all those stories down into the hotel pool while tied to my NSA BFF, I'd be a lot more freaked out than Chuck was when he finally popped back up. Then again, there is a reason the FBI did not target me in college as having spy potential.

• Chuck and his hunker-down-at-the-window spying technique - so cute! Elsa, "He's trying to spy on us." AND THEN WHEN SHE AND CASEY KISSED, CHUCK WAS ALL :D :D :D :D :D Double cute! But when Elsa had to fly off, Chuck was all, "You'll always have me. I'm not going anywhere." to Casey. Triple cute! AND THEN CASEY SHOVED HIM OUT OF THE FRAME. Chuck, "Or not." Quad cute!

GUH I LOVED THIS EP!



113: Chuck Versus The Marlin

This one was cute, but I liked 112 best. *nods*

• Awesome has two younger brothers! I am dying to have them show up. He's blond... Randy's blond. I'M JUST SAYING.

• Chuck to Morgan, "Last time I lent you a game sample, it ended up all over the internet." Wha--? That never happens with things, NBC! :P

• "Bring me down and I will cut you." Dude, I bet Jeff would, too.

• Again, the details I love! When Awesome pops up in Chuck's phone log, it's not just the word "Cpt Awesome" (which was funny in itself, heh), but also has a photo of Awesome kissing his muscles. FTW.

• Chuck to Sarah/Casey, "Say what you're not saying." Oh, god, his scared face got me. :(

• They're looking for a 4ft marlin. So Casey looks in the stove. Lemme repeat that, THE STOVE. Oh, Casey. Sometimes that NSA logic training is a little late in kicking in. ♥

• I don't see Casey taking the time to bribe Morgan with the grape soda. He'd just grab his balls and make 'em talk, heh. Also, I think Casey went home with a secreted can of grape soda in his coat and spent the evening make sweet sippy love to it.

• Morgan thinks of him and Chuck as life partners aldfkja. That's both adorable and... sad. Especially later when he freaks out, thinking Chuck is going to ask Sarah to marry him. Also, I wanna know where the heck Anna was in these eps.

• Favorite physical comedy thingie this ep: Chuck dropping from the ceiling out of frame, yelping, then popping back up, ready to go. SO CHUCK. :D

• Hot Dog Maker Vs. Pita Girl. That is so gonna fuel some teen hard-ons this week.

• Sarah walking out of the freezer like a popsicle, hee. Best part, she didn't even have to mention the cold, she just comes out all :|, giving the case details. I'm so loving Sarah.

• Casey bypassed orders and helped Chuck! And Sarah didn't even have to ask/threaten him! What a difference from when we first met him. The Chuck has gotten to him. ♥♥♥

• Chuck to Sarah, thinking he might be going underground foreverz, "We won't be working together anymore. We could finally have a date. You can come by my cell and you can tell me who the president is.." Awwwwww and *sniff*.

• Awesome to Chuck, "Always knew you could handle my family jewels." ALFDKASDDK.

• I honestly thought they'd end the ep with Chuck being held in custody foreverz. Which it still feels like, considering the writer's strike. :| Still, the end music was ominous enough. Oy. At some point, Chuck's definitely gonna see the inside of those fancy custody digs. Maybe for the season finale. Or what would have been the finale. Whatever. I really hate this strike.

But I heart Chuck. :X
