If I want to save this whole thing as a set and then import it to my itunes, will I have a problem if I use the zip file?

I dunno! I haven't ever used itunes. I fail at helping. :\

(If it matters, the zip is all the songs (named B01. Sex Machine - James Brown for example) with the full sized covers.)

Oh! And they're all mp3 format!

You'll have to unzip before you import :)

I just downloaded the zip, got the file, opened it and all 22 songs are in there.
Then open iTunes and just click on each individual one. While it's playing, move the front cover into the cover square, and on top of that, the back cover.
Works like a charm. It's playing now.
