To use 'em, just right-click on whichever one(s) you want and save them to your harddrive. Then go to your userpics and upload 'em. Then the next time you want to use a specific icon when you post or comment, you just choose one from the drop-down menu next to "picture to use" and, wha-lah, icon! :D
